    Have you looked into using the viewer tag library to embed reports into your application within a frame? Maybe I'm misunderstanding. Let me know.

    I'm sure you already figured this out, but if you go to the masterpage tab under the design window, you can set the page size and the header height there. You can also add page numbering, etc. You can also use multiple maseterpages within your BIRT report. To create another one, go to your ouline and right click on master pages and choose insert element. Hope this helps.
