Ray Gans Listening to Community Needs

About Me

Ray is the Community Manager for BIRT Exchange. He is responsible for building relationships with the BIRT developer and user communities, and he acts as the chief liaison between the BIRT community and Actuate. In his role as Community Manager, Ray works with people to form user groups and to collaborate with each other to share ideas, knowledge and experiences with BIRT and related technologies via forums, blogs and community activities.
