Is there a way to automatically disable users if they haven't logged into our actuate site after a period of time (such as 6 months)?

Not automatically but can be done via IDAPI. In any case most enterprise customers do not use our embedded security but use their own security and integrate via RSSE. In that scenario the user rules would be applied by the external systems.
