Job Overview:Join Actuate's Customer Support team where you will advance your technical knowledge and expertise while providing complex enterprise-level and pre-sales support to software customers. As a member of the team, you will work with engineering and sales to address and resolve customer issues as well as contribute to the development of the support infrastructure.
Job requirements:Technical software background with strong communication skills (German, English). Experience with BIRT and/or other Actuate technologies a plus.
