When i create Bar Charts but problem i am having is when the amount of data coming increases number one. Width of the Report is static second is bars width gets so thin than you can read the values on top.

I tried most stuff i know got nothing. i create the report than turn in to image to display in swing so there will be no interactivity.

What do you want to happen when there are too many bars to fit?

Fitting them in the area you have probably won't help. It appears that you have many bars and not much room, so even if you lowered the unit spacing, they'd still be pretty cramped. Take a look at this post, from the devShare. Maybe it'll help.
