Adding New Tabs in Information Console Rate Topic: -----

I just ugraded from Version 10 to 11, mainly to make better use of the dashboards. After doing the upgrade, when a user logs into the Information Console, the 'Add Content' selection is disabled, even for the Administrator account. Is there some security setting that I am missing after the upgrade?

Hi gmcleod,
Could you check the permissions if the user has Active Portal Intermediate role?

Yes, they have both Intermediate and Advanced.

Could you check if you have license for BIRT 360(Dashboard)?

That was the issue. BIRT 360 has not been installed yet.
