MS SQL help conecting MS SQL database with BIRT Rate Topic: -----

I need help with connecting MS SQL Server 2008 with BIRT.
I downloaded and instal the Microsoft JDBC and follow these instructions http://digiassn.blog...sql-server.html
I entered this data:

but I always get this error message:

I really need help about this, I'm doing some project for school I need to fix that problem.
