Hi guys,

We are using Maximo EAM 7.5. We need to build a report using BIRT. This report needs to fetch data from two database (1) Maximo DB (2) Client
external database. so in one .rptdesign file we need multiple data source with 2 different database.

Need your suggestion/approach on the same.

BIRT supports multiple data connections in a report. Assuming the second database is a JDBC database, all you should need to do is create a JDBC connection in your BIRT report and then you will need to deploy the JDBC driver to the Maximo application. I think this can be done.
