Job Overview: Join Actuate's Customer Support team where you will advance your technical knowledge and expertise while providing complex enterprise-level and pre-sales support to software customers. As a member of the team, you will work with engineering and sales to address and resolve customer issues as well as contribute to the development of the support infrastructure.
Job Requirements: Technical software background with customer support experience and strong communication skills. Experience with BIRT and/or other Actuate technologies a plus.
