Can you try the 4.2.1a version as discussed in this bug:https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=390997 ?

I try version 4.2.1a butget same message.
I wil try to delete birt directory in my repository and reload it.

I resolve my problem. It was no dependent of birt.
