i have an espreadsheet report in my application. the report is built in actuate 8 version. The executable of the report .vtf file is uploaded to actuate iserver(actuate 10 version) form which my application access the espreadsheet executable.

Recently some patch was released in actuate iserver. After this change the report got hung. it is in running state for long time and won't complete.

The report is running fine from my local machine.

The report uses callback class. In the callback class there are methods to set connection my reading the connection string url,driver,userid and pwd from properties file. And form the report query according to the input parameter for the report

Please advise what would be the possible reason for the report getting hung.
