I understand that BIRT 2.6.1 is supported onDemand.

If I upload a report created with 2.6.2, will there be a problem?

Will it not attempt to execute it at all or will there be any compatibility problems?

Yes, v2.6.2 is not yet supported on the service. We are anticipating support for 2.6.2 in the very near future and will update this thread when this support is in place.

In the meantime, please save your designs as v2.6.1 designs before uploading. You can get the version of the BIRT designer used by onDemand here: BIRT Designer Professional

I tested a few reports created with BIRT 2.6.2 in onDemand.

They seem to be running fine.

I will just wait for official 2.6.2 support.
