Jeff, I like to use PowerPoint to setup my map backgrounds before bringing them to the map designer. It's a nice tool for laying out my background, logo images, applying the corporate theme, and advanced text effects before I bring the background into Scorecard. Then in the Scorecard Map designer I have a great canvas where I can arrange my measures. Take a look at this one based on a standard powerpoint theme...
