I should be getting email notification from replies.

To get an email response, while posting or replying, you have to select "Click to configure post options" at the bottom... and then place a check by "Enable email notification of replies?"

You can also set this up as the default for all posts by going to your Profile, select Edit Profile button at top right, then Forums | View/Posting/Email Prefs and place a check box by "Watch every topic I reply to" AND "Immediate Email Notification" in the drop-down
