Is it possible, when clicking on the "Show Parameters" button on a mashboard, to have different defaults for different users?
For instance, if a report had a parameter named "Location".
When user 1 clicks on show parameters, the Location defaults to "Location1".
When user 2 clicks on show parameters, the Location defaults to "Location2", etc.

This is not supported currently as the default values for the parameters a report accepts are bound to the report design, not the user's session on the browser. You could write a custom parameter request page that takes the current session into account if you wanted to over-ride this behavior.
