BIRT Exchange Forum: BIRT Exchange Forum -> BIRT Exchange is Splitting Up For Good

Well, it's official, the BIRT Exchange community site has been split in half and each half has been given it's own front door. For the past year and a half, BIRT-Exchange.com has been operating as both a developer resource for all things related to BIRT reporting and as a store front showcasing the latest Actuate technology that extends BIRT functionality. Just a few days ago, we launched a new version of the site that includes two new entrances; a .COM entrance, and a .ORG entrance.

http://www.birt-exchange.org/ is the new front door for the developer resources. This is where you will find the forums, DevShare, wiki, blog and documentation. You can access this new area of the site from the Community tab in the header.

http://www.birt-exchange.com/ is now the front door for the products and services related to BIRT (including training and support). This is also where you will find information on BIRT Exchange partners, demos, downloads and webinars (in the News and Events section).

These two new front doors into BIRT Exchange should make it easier and more efficient to access the community resources of the site an also make it easier to educate yourself on the BIRT related products offered by Actuate.
