Phil (Tubal) has been working for Standard Restaurant Supply for the last 11 years, from stocker to branch manager to IT and now systems/data analyst. His company has 9 locations across the western US, and employs approximately 300 people. It's one of the larger foodservice equipment suppliers in the US, and has recently made a push to centralizing operations and data. Phil reports that BIRT has been a huge help to analyze inventory/sales/employee data in real time, from anywhere, to quickly find problems and solutions. He says, "The exchange forums have been a huge help to me in quickly getting up to speed on what BIRT can do."
