James (Jenkinsj5) is a 10 year veteran in the data processing/analytics medical arena and works at UPMC, a nonprofit global health enterprise in Pittsburg, PA. His current focus is creating BIRT reports for an ITIL-based IT service communication hub upgrade. James is new to BIRT and says, "I have been using all the tutorials, reference materials and the BIRT forum to expand my skills and knowledge. Occasionally I get an opportunity to give a little back at the forums; mostly I just read and learn." Outside of work James is active on Wikipedia and Wikisource and volunteers with the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society and Rabbit Wranglers.
