FYI: BIRT 2.1.2 All-In-One zip

Has anyone noticed that all mirror sites to download the required components for BIRT 2.1.2 are not to be found? Maximo 7.1.1.4 which has the QBR and adhoc reporting features still requires the BIRT 2.1.2 framework to do report development or customization. Problem is you can't find the zip anywhere.
There is a new version of Maximo 7.1.1.5 that uses a newer version of BIRT 2.3.2.
It is also difficult to find the individual components of the BIRT 2.1.2 to utilize Maximo 7.1.1.4 reporting. Links through IBM support are also down for BIRT 2.1.2.
