When I try to run the e.Spdreadsheet 10 BETA, I get:

The jar files that are included with the e.Spreadsheet Designer can only be used with the designer. Unfortuntately their was a bug in the build process of the M8 release of the e.Spreadsheet Engine that did not include the essd9.jar. Milestone 9 will be released in the next few weeks.

I had downloaded Milestone 7, and it contains a essd9.jar file that was built on 6/24/2008 (e.Spreadsheet Engine 13.0.0 Build 57572.)
When I try to create a spreadsheet with it I get the license error. I just use the jar to create a spreadsheet inside our java client application (i.e. don't use your designer or server.) I don't want to wait a few weeks for Milestone 9 and find out that it does not solve our licensing issue... The error message seems to indicate that either the included license has the wrong expiration date (1969), or, more likely, the license is missing and the program defaults to the default date. If that is the case, could somebody send me the license file so I could run the beta? |

Since the error is:
"There is no license file. This is a trial version of e.Spreadsheet Engine which will expire on or about Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 EST 1969", either provide a license file with with the beta, or change the default expiration date to a reasonable date (like 12/31/2008) |
