Errors starting BIRT Runtime Engine

I have found the following errors in a log file in the
ReportEngine/Configuration directory.

!ENTRY org.eclipse.update.configurator 2007-05-22 09:04:33.735
!MESSAGE Could not install bundle
update@plugins/org.eclipse.emf.commo...0702131851.jar The
activator org.eclipse.emf.common.CommonPlugin$Implementation for bundle
org.eclipse.emf.common is invalid

!MESSAGE Could not install bundle
update@plugins/org.eclipse.emf.ecore...0702131851.jar The
activator org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xmi.XMIPlugin$Implementation for bundle

I also am no longer able to generate PDF reports, although HTML reports
work OK.

Are these related? Do I need to be concerned about these errors?

What version of BIRT are you using?
2.2 RC0 should be out in a day or two.

I believe these are known. What version of the iText lib did you copy
into the runtime?
