The SQB is still being label as a prototype in BIRT 2.5 release. We do find
that the SQB tool is quite stable. However, any bugs that may be found with
the SQB itself is dependent on limited DTP resouces available. Whether that
situation will change in future releases, will be one of the factors on
whether BIRT can upgrade its state.
